Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk egg whites (or egg substitute) with buttermilk and Becel® Original margarine until blended. In a large bowl, stir remaining ingredients together until well mixed. Stir buttermilk mixture into flour mixture until well combined. Turn into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) rectangular baking pan, smoothing the top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean
Cool on a rack. Cut into squares. Store refrigerated in an airtight container
