Melt Becel® Salt-Free margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook pears, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender, about 8 minutes; keep warm.
Toss lettuce with dressing just before serving. Arrange lettuce on serving plates. Top with warm pears, then sprinkle with pecans and cheese.
