Ingredients


  • 1 lb. (500 g) carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 large orange, juiced
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) Becel® Buttery Taste margarine*
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) sugar
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) chopped fresh mint or fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Bring carrots, orange juice, Becel® Buttery Taste margarine and sugar to a boil in medium heavy-duty saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, until carrots are crisp-tender, about 15 minutes.

Step 2

Remove from heat, then toss with mint.
