ROLL OVER STARS
Bring carrots, orange juice, Becel® Buttery Taste margarine and sugar to a boil in medium heavy-duty saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, until carrots are crisp-tender, about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, then toss with mint.
