Melt Becel® Buttery Taste margarine* in large nonstick skillet over mediun-high heat and cook vegetables, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp, about 9 minutes.
Combine parsley, garlic and lemon peel in small bowl. Evenly sprinkle over vegetables. Cook, until crumbs are heated, about 1 minute.
