Ingredients


  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Becel® Buttery Taste margarine*
  • 1 1/2 lbs. (675 g) your favorite vegetables, (red onions, zucchini, asparagus, and/or bell peppers), coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) loosely packed fresh parsley leaves, chopped (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) grated lemon peel

Preparation

Step 1

Melt Becel® Buttery Taste margarine* in large nonstick skillet over mediun-high heat and cook vegetables, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp, about 9 minutes.

Step 2

Combine parsley, garlic and lemon peel in small bowl. Evenly sprinkle over vegetables. Cook, until crumbs are heated, about 1 minute.
