It's out with the old and in with the new! When you're in the mood for a little spring cleaning, why not spend an hour or so clearing out your fridge and pantry? In addition to getting rid of those stale-dated jars and tired produce, this is your chance to cut down on some of those high-calorie, high-fat and high-sodium foods, and replace them with heart-friendlier choices.
