- 1 cup (2 sticks) Becel® salted margarine sticks
- 4 cups icing sugar
- 0.25 cup 2% milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Blend Becel® salted margarine sticks with icing sugar, milk and vanilla until blended.
- Beat on medium-high speed, scraping sides occasionally, until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Makes enough frosting to frost 24 cupcakes or 13 x 9 in. (33 x 23 cm) cake.
