Ingredients List

  1. 1 cup (250 mL) (2 sticks) Becel® salted margarine sticks
  2. 4 cups (1 L) icing sugar
  3. 1/4 cup (60 mL) 2% milk
  4. 2 tsp. (10 mL) vanilla extract

Directions

1. Blend Becel® salted margarine sticks with icing sugar, milk and vanilla until blended. Beat on medium-high speed, scraping sides occasionally, until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Makes enough frosting to frost 24 cupcakes or 13 x 9 in. (33 x 23 cm) cake.
