Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Becel® salted margarine sticks
  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • 0.25 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend Becel® salted margarine sticks with icing sugar, milk and vanilla until blended.
  2. Beat on medium-high speed, scraping sides occasionally, until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Makes enough frosting to frost 24 cupcakes or 13 x 9 in. (33 x 23 cm) cake.
