  • 1 lb. carrots , peeled and sliced diagonally
  • 1 Tbsp. BecelĀ® Original margarine
  • 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves , (optional)

  1. Place carrots in medium saucepan and add just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and cook over medium heat until carrots are crisp-tender, about 6 minutes.
  2. Drain carrots, then return to saucepan. Add BecelĀ® Original margarine, maple syrup and mustard; heat through. Garnish with parsley.
