Preheat oven to 375°F (190° C). Combine flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
Beat Becel® sticks with sugars in large bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla until blended. Gradually add in flour mixture; beat just until blended. Evenly spread cookie dough in 15 x 10-in. (38 x 25 cm) baking sheet with sides.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan 20 minutes on wire rack; cut into 48 pieces.
To assemble s'mores, cut each cookie in half horizontally. Arrange 1 chocolate piece and 2 marshmallows on bottom half. Microwave at HIGH 15 seconds or until chocolate is melted and marshmallows puff. Replace top 1/2 of cookie and enjoy!
