Ingredients

  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 100g Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter - Unsalted, melted and cooled
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 2 tsp (10ml) Honey
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (fan assisted).
  2. Grease a 12 hole Madeleine tin with Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter.
  3. With an electric whisk, beat the eggs, golden caster sugar and honey together until pale and fluffy and tripled in volume.
  4. Add the flour and a small pinch of salt, and finally mix in the melted Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the holes of the Madeleine tin and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Turn into a cooling rack.
