Ingredients
- 100g self-raising flour
- 100g Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter - Unsalted, melted and cooled
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 tsp (10ml) Honey
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (fan assisted).
- Grease a 12 hole Madeleine tin with Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter.
- With an electric whisk, beat the eggs, golden caster sugar and honey together until pale and fluffy and tripled in volume.
- Add the flour and a small pinch of salt, and finally mix in the melted Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter.
- Spoon the mixture into the holes of the Madeleine tin and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Turn into a cooling rack.
