  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp. (60 mL) Becel® Buttery Taste margarine*

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200 C).
  2. Scrub potatoes, then pierce several times with fork. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet or directly on oven rack.
  3. Bake 1 hour or until skin is crisp and potatoes are tender.
  4. Split potatoes, then evenly top each potato with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Becel® Buttery Taste margarine.
