Becel Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 potatoes, cut into chunks
- 4 Tbsp. (60 mL) Becel® Buttery Taste margarine*, divided
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) milk
- 1/4 tsp. (1 mL) salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions
- Cover potatoes with water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered until potatoes are very tender, about 20 minutes; drain.
- Return potatoes to saucepan; mash. Stir in 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Becel® Buttery Taste margarine, milk, salt and pepper. Top hot potatoes with remaining 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) margarine.
