  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 stick Becel Unsalted Margarine Sticks, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Using a medium mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, melted Becel®, vanilla extract light brown sugar. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. Transfer flour into banana mixture, add chocolate chips and mix with a spatula until fully combined.
  4. Transfer into a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
